Hrono bread.


Required:
-2 tablespoons rice flour
-2 tablespoons rye flour
-2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
-2 tablespoons of flaxseed
-2 tablespoons of millet
-2 tablespoons barley flakes
-1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
-1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
-sesame seeds to taste
-cumin to taste
-1/2 tsp salt
-3-4 tablespoons olive oil

-water, if necessary
Preparation:
All to mix the dry ingredients, in the path to pour some water and oil, mixed-hook, do not, so that the dough can not stick to the mixing spoon, to add all of the seeds, salt, topped up with more water, allow to stand for a few hours covered with a tea towel.

Potrebno:
-2 kasike pirincanog brasna
-2 kasike razano brasna
-2 kasike leblebija brasna
-2 kasike lanenog
-2 kasike brasna  proso
-2 kasike jecmenove pahulje
-1 kasika bundevinih semenki
-1 kasika suncokret semenki
-1 kasicica praska za pecivo
-susam po zelji
-kim po zelji
-1/2 kasicice soli
-3-4 kasike maslinovog ulja

-vode po potrebi
Priprema:
Sve  sastojke pomesati,u sredinu sipati po malo vode i ulja,mesati-ne mesiti,dodati sve semenke,soli,doliti jos vode,ostaviti par sati da odstoji pokriveno kuhinjskom krpom.
Pripremiti kalup sa pek-papirom,formirati hleb, masnim rukama,posuti odozgo razanim brasnom(da ne pravi tvrdu koru),reznuti nozem nekoliko reza.Peci na 160c u zagrejanoj rerni oko 40 minuta.
