ICE CREAM WITH FRUITS CAKE


COMPONENTS
For biscuit:
-4 egg whites
-200 g of sugar
-1 vanilla sugar
-200g flour
-1/2 pack of baking powder
-80ml of water
-80 ml of oila

-couple of tablespoons of milk overflow

For cream:
-4 egg yolks
-2 vanilla pudding
-1 tablespoon density
-6 tablespoons sugar
-600 ml of milk
-150g margarine
-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
-150 ml of fresh cream

More:
-500 g of fresh strawberries
For decoration:
-350 ml of fresh cream
-strawberries

PREPARATION
Biscuit
In a bowl, mix 100 g of sugar, vanilla sugar, water and oil and a short mix the mixer. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and mix well with mixer until good is united.

200 g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
200 g oštrog brašna
1/2 kesice praška za pecivo
80 ml vode
80 ml ulja
par kašika mleka za prelivanje

Za krem
4 žumanca
2 pudinga od vanile
1 kašika gustina
6 kašika šećera
600 ml mleka
150 g margarina
3 kašike šećera u prahu
150 ml slatke pavlake

Još
500 g svežih jagoda
Za dekoraciju:
350 ml slatke pavlake
jagode

PRIPREMA
Biskvit
U jednoj posudi pomešajte 100 g šećera, vanilin šećer, vodu i ulje i kratko izmutite mikserom. Dodajte brašno pomešano sa praškom za pecivo i sve dobro izmutite mikserom dok se lepo ne sjedini.

U drugoj posudi umutite belanca sa prstohvatom soli postepeno dodavajući preostali šećer (100 g), dok ne dobijete čvrst sneg. Ovaj sneg od belanaca kašikom dodajte u prethodnu smesu i sve lepo sjedinite špatulom, vrlo pažljivo mešajući da ne izlomite sneg.

Smesu za biskvit sipajte u okrugli kalup prečnika 26 cm, prethodno obložen pek papirom i pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj pećnici na 180 stepeni oko 25 minuta dok ne dobije lepu zlatno žutu boju.

Krem
Izmutite mikserom žumanca sa šećerom, dodajte prašak za puding, kašiku gustina i oko 2 dcl mleka od onih 600 ml, pa sve to dobro promešajte. Preostalo mleko stavite na šporet da proključa pa ulijte puding sa žumancima i kuvajte dok se krema ne zgusne. Skuvan krem prekrijte folijom da se ne stvori korica i ohladite do sobne temperature.

Mikserom izradite margarin sa šećerom u prahu i dodajte u ohlađen krem pa dobro penasto izmutite mikserom. Izmutite i 150 ml slatke pavlake i kašikom dodajte u krem, i vrlo laganim pokretima promešajte dok se sve ne sjedini. (nikako mikserom)

Ohlađen biskvit stavite na odgovarajući tanjir, prelijte ga sa par kašika mleka svugde ravnomerno, pa nanesite polovinu kreme. Zatim na krem poslažite oprane jagode isečene na polovine. Na jagode nanesite preostali krem i poravnajte.

Tortu dekorišite umućenom slatkom pavlakom i po želji jagodama koje su vam ostale višak.

Dobro rashladite tortu u frižideru, a potom uživajte u ovom kremastom voćnom desertu

NAPOMENA
Ovu tortu možete praviti sa bilo kojim voćem, npr. sa višnjama, malinama, ananasom, bananama… Mogućnosti je puno tako da ovo ne mora biti samo sezonska torta dok traju jagode, već možete uživati u njoj bilo kada.
