CAKE WITH NUTS…TORTA SA ORASIMA

INGREDIENTS
For crust:
10 egg whites
12 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons flour
200 g of ground nuts
Cream:
10 egg yolks
Density-cornstarch 80 g
6 tablespoons sugar
1  vanilla sugar
500 ml milk
250g margarine
150 g  ground nuts

Decoration:
2 cream custard
250 ml of milk
big nuts

PREPARATION

TORTA SA ORASIMA

SASTOJCI
Za koru:
10 belanaca

10 žumanaca
80 g gustina

1 kesica vanilin šećera
500 ml mleka
250 g margarina
150 g mlevenih oraha

Za dekoraciju:
2 šlag krema od vanile
250 ml mleka
krupni orasi

PRIPREMA:
Umutiti belanca mikserom, postepeno dodavajući šećer, u čvrst sneg. Dodati brašno i mlevene orahe i polako promešati varjačom. Smesu izliti u papirom obložen pleh od pećnice i staviti da se peče u prethodno zagrejanoj pećnici na 180 stepeni oko 20 minuta. Kora je gotova kad lepo porumeni.

Umutiti žumanca sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom, dodati gustin i malo mleka od onih 500 ml, a ostatak mleka staviti na šporet da provrije. Kad je provrilo, ukuvati žumanca sa gustinom i skinuti sa vatre kad se krem lepo zgusnuo. Pokriti prozirnom folijom da se ne stvori korica i ostaviti da se ohladi.
