JELO OD POVRCA I MESA.

Sastojci:

-4 okrugla tikvice

-1 glavica crnog luka

-2 čena belog luka

-2 kašike putera

-1 konzerva paradajza

-400 g mlevenog mesa (svinjskog ili živinsko)

-so

– svežeg bosiljka

-1 kašičica sušenog origano

-1 kašičica sušene majčine dušice

-1 kašičica slatka paprika

-1/2 kašičice ljute paprike

PRIPREMA:

Isprati tikvice, osusiti papirnim ubrusom i iseći kape – ne bacajte ih, one će biti potrebne za pokrivanje tikvice.

Kašikom pažljivo napravite udubljenje ,izvadite srednji deo tikvica.

Meso iz udubljenja tikvice iseci na mala parceta.

Crni Luk i cena belog luka oljušte,oprati,ostavite da se ocede papirni ubrus i iseckati.

U tiganju, zagrejati  buter i staviti iseckanog crnog  i belog luka.

Potom dodati i mleveno meso pa prziti.

Dodajte i unutrasnjost od tikvica, pržiti kratko, a zatim dodajte iseckani paradajz, bosiljka, i origano susena majčina dušica, slatke i ljute papričice.

Posolite i  kuvati na tihoj vatri dok ne omekša povrce i ispari viska tečnosti.

Spremni fil i meso se malo hlade i punite udubljenje tikvice i zatvoriti  tikvica sa njen kapak.

Tikvica stavite  je na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.

Zagrejte rernu na 180 stepeni.

U Vruću pećnica umetnite metalnu ploču sa pripremljenu posudu i pecite 30 minuta na funkciji grejanja gore i dole.

COMPONENTS:

-4 round courgettes

-1 onion

-2 garlic cloves

-2 tablespoons of butter

-1 can of tomatoes

-400 g minced meat (pork or poultry)

-salt

-1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil

-1 flat spoon of dried oregano

-1 flat teaspoon of dried thyme

-1 teaspoon sweet pepper

-1/2 teaspoon of hot peppers

 

PREPARATION:

Arrange rinses, dry with a paper towel and cut off the caps – do not throw, they will need to cover zucchini.

The flesh drained from zucchini finely cut.

Onion and garlic cloves peel, rinse, dry with paper towel and chop.

In the pan heat the butter clarified and on hot fat put the chopped onion with garlic, rinse.

Add the minced onion and fry the onion.

Add chopped zucchini pulp, fry for , then add canned tomatoes, chopped basil, dried oregano and thyme, sweet and hot pepper.

Cook the oven to 180 degrees.
