Sastojci:

  • 1 kesica suvog kvasca
  • 1 jaje
  • 1 žumance
  • 1 kesica praška za pecivo
  • 400 g pire od bundeve
  • 750 g brašna
  • marmelada od kajsija
  • šećer u prahu

Za premazivanje

  • 1 žumance

Za punjenje

  • 200 g ovčijeg sjeničog sira

Uputstvo za pripremu

  1. U mlako mleko stavimo šećer i kvasac da malo odstoji, dodati jaje, žumance i pire od bundeve, prašak za pecivo i brašno. Testo dobro izraditi i ostaviti da nadolazi.
  2. Testo kad nadodje dobro izraditi i podeliti na 4 dela. Svaki deo razvući u krug. Iseći krug na 8 trouglova. Na širi deo trougla stavljati po kašičicu izgnječenog sira.
  3. Ostaviti kiflice da nadolaze 20 minuta, premazati ih neumućenim belancetom, peći.
