Components:
For the basis of:
1 kgr. potato
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
100 gr. ordinary cheese
100 gr. shock

2 tablespoons milk
20 gr. margarine
the green part of the spring onions – (peppers, onion)
For breading:
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk
if necessary the crumbs bread (win)
Preparation:
1. Slice finely diced ordinary cheese and ham, as well as the green part of the spring onions, – feathers.
2. Boil the potatoes, peel and while hot squeeze through the press.

3. Add to it a little margarine, salt, two tablespoons of milk and mix … a little chill when you add egg, sliced ham, ordinary cheese and feathers of green onions – mix.
4. From the resulting mixture make balls the size that you want.
5. For the breading mix to one egg with 2 tablespoons milk, and place the patties stored in egg, then in bread crumbs and fry – if you love first in bread crumbs, then in egg and again in bread crumbs …
Serving:
This is an excellent addition to dishes, but also for appetizer.

Predjelo za slavu ili praznike.

Sastojci:
Za osnovu:
1 kgr. krumpir
1 jaje
1 zlicica so
100 gr. kaskaval
100 gr. sunka

2 zlice mleko
20 gr. margarin
zeleni dio mladog luka – (perca od luka)
Za paniranje:
1 jaje
2 kasike mleko
po potreba hljebne mrvice (prezla)
Priprema:
1. Narezati sitno na kockice kaskaval i sunka, kao i zeleni dio mladog luka, – perje.
2. Skuvati krumpir, oljustite i dok je vruc istisnite kroz presu.

3. Dodajte mu malo margarina, so , dve kasike mleka i izmesajte … kad malo oladi dodate jaje, narezani sunka, kaskaval i pera od mladog luka – izmesajte.
4. Od dobivenu smesu napravite loptice u velicini koji vi zelite.
5. Za paniranje izmutite to jedno jaje sa 2 zlice mleko, pa stavite spremljene polpete u jaje, zatim u prezla i przite – ako volite mozete prvo u prezlu, pa u jaje i opet u prezlu…
Posluživanje:
Ovo je odlican dodatak jela, a takodje i za meze
