HLEB SA HRONO ZITARICE Mesila sam puno peciva hleb i sve nesto od brasna,za to postoje puno recepta na moj Blog.A ove varijante hleba nisam pravila neznam zasto,sada sam resila da napravim jer je veoma aktuelan u sadasnje vreme.Vazi za zdravu hranu i eliminator viska kilograma.To njega cini omiljenim medju mladje populacije.Ja sam pregledala nekoliko recepta cisto da se upoznam sa namirnica i sl.
Ja sam napravila moju kombinaciju od produkte i merke za koje sam mislila da ce odgovarati izradi ovog hleba.I zaista sam napravila veoma ukusan domaci hrono hleb.Sada dok pisem ja njega degustiram i mislim da ce biti cesto na moju trpezu.
Sastojci:
-1 solje integralnog psenicnog brasna (merka sa solje od 250ml)
-1/2 solje rzanog brasna
-4 kasika semenki (od bundeve pecenih) i suncokreta
-malo soli-pola male kasike
-2 kasike brasno od heljde
-1 mala kasika psyllium husk-powder
-1 mala kasika praska za pecivo
-1 supena kasika fruktoze
-5 kasika ulje
-2 kasike supene proso u zrnu ( ja sam ga posle samlela na mom elektricnom mlinu)
-1 mala kasika lan
-200ml mlaka voda 35-36C

PRIPREMA:
Uposudu za mesenje stavite,psenicno brasno,rzano brasno,brasno od heljde,soli,secera,mlevene semenke na elektricni blender.
Mleveno seme od proso,pecivo,psyllium,ulje,seme lana.
Dodati vodu i kasikom dobro umesite testo oko 2-3 min.
Testo izvadite na nabrasnjenu povrsinu sa integralog brasna.
Mesite dobro hleb da ne bude ni tvdo testo niti pa mekano.
Napravite formu po zelji kako vi volite.

Ja sam htela okrugli hleb zasecen po sredine.Delovao mi je onako povokativno…:)
I vazno hleb ostavite da stoji u plehu za pecenje oblozenim pek papirom 45 min.Da prorade njegove sastojke koje su narasnivaci.
Rernu zagrejati na 250C i stom iskljuci rerna stavite hleb,namalite na 150C.
Hleb peci na 40-45 min.kada uhavati onako tamniju zutu boju.
Znaci da hleb trebate peci na umerenu temperaturu,da bih imao sundjerasti izgled unutrasnjosti.
Jer ako naglo povecate temperaturu hleb nece narasti i bice zbite strukture.To se ipak uci radeci ovako hleb cesto.
