Meki i vkusni starinski vanilici,po recept od eden moj star kuvar,so moja izmena.
Mnogu vkusni domasni suvi kolacinja so ubav izgled,i cesto gi imam praveno.

Sostojki:
200g mast ( moze i margarin)..jas staviv 4-5 polni lazici mast
500g brasno
1 jajce
1 zolcka ( zumance)
4 supeni lazici secer
50g prah secer za posipuvanje
1 vanilin secer
malku pecivo
100g cokolada za jelo za slepuvanje
50ml mleko za rastopuvanje na cokolada

Podgotovka:
Krsime 1jajce vo sad,edna belka ne ja stavame samo zolcka,dodavame secer,i mast i celo vreme matime so lazica ,a moze i so mikser so mutalki za testo.Postepeno dodavame brasno,malku pecivo,vanila secer,mesime ubavo i rasukuvame kora i so kalapi vadime formi po zelba.
Redime vo tava i peceme na 180C 15 min.Uste topli gi filuvame so cokolada i posoluvame so secer vo prav taka povece go zadrzuvaat secerot.
Cokolada ja rastopuvame so mleko i peceni kolacinja gi spojuvame edno so drugo i valjame vo secer vo prav.
Mnogu vkusni kolacinja,za piknik odlicen desert i za druzenje so kafe.

Vanilice my grandmother.
