Preparation:

-300g mleveni keks
-50ml sok od limona
Za fil:
-500ml slatke pavlake
-200g krem sira
-2 zelatina u prahu
-50ml vode
-150g secera e prahu
Za glazure:
-100ml vode
-500g jagoda i cresa
-1 vrecicka preliva za torte
-10 kasike secera
Priprema:
Stavite oprano voce i ocisceno da se kuva sa vodom,i secera.kada prokuva 10 min sklonite sa strane da se hladi
Za osnovu samleti keks ,u drugu posudu na plotni stavete margarin so cokolada da se istopi.
Dodajte smesu od margarina kod mleveni keks i sok od limuna.
Ujednacite sastojke dobro,i sipati u kalup oblozen folijom sa obruc.
Pomocu kasike istanjite smesu dobro, i ostavite da se hladi u frizideru.
Zelatin potopite sa 50 ml vode i potom na lagane vatre istopite mesajuci.(da ne prokuva).
Za beli krem mutite krem sir,i u njega dodajte otopljeni zelatn.
Slatku pavlaku mutite sa secerom u prahu.i sjedinite sa krem sir muteci non stop.
Prokuvano voce prosedite na cedaljku.I sok od voce izmesajte sa prelivom za tortu.
Stavite ga da prokuva 3 min na plotnu.
Kada ste sve pripremili,na osnovu torte nanesite beli krem.
Dodajuci mu pre toga kuvano voce,a malo ostavite za odozgo voce.
Preko voce stavite preliv,koji ne treba biti puno ohladjen.
Ostavite tortu da se duze hladi u frizideru,oko 4 sati i potom sluzite…!
