RUCAK IZ RERNE SA POVRCE

Tikvice punjena so pecurkama i pirinac,moj sadasnji posan rucak.Zaista ukusno jelo,,recept mi e od jedan postar kuvar ali zaista sam odusevljena.Imam ih puno, i ne sam praktikovala kuvanje od nih.
Nekada vredi da se prelistaju i stare zaboravljene recepte i zaboravljene.


Sve ima svoju vrednost i kvalitet koliko god bilo staro..!
Sastojci:
-1 tikvica mlada
-1 solja pirinac
-1 solja seckane pecurke
-1 glavica manja crni luk
-3 cena beli luk
-1 zreo paradajz
-sos od paradajza domaci ili kupljeni
-ulje po ukusu
-zacine isto po ukus..a korisceno vegeta,krupno melena crvena piperka i sol po vkus
PODGOTOVKA
Tikvicu oprati sa vodom i secite na vece parcice.
Kromid i luk isto cistite i isecite na parcice,kao i pecurke,i njih secite na positne parcice.
Na vatri u tiganju stavite ulje,da se zagreva,dodajte sekan crni luk i beli luk,sipajte malo vode i dinastajte.
Dodati i pecurke sve zajedno przite oko 5-10 min.
Zatim dodati i pirinac opran, i promesati sve produkte.Dolijte jos malo vode,da omekne malo pirinac.
Na karju kuvanja,dodajte sve zacine koje volite da stavite.
Tikvicama nozem izvadite srednji deo,ali ne do kraja,da ostanu kao korpice..
Kasikom punite sve tikvicke filom od pecurka i pirinca.
Pokrivati ih sa isecen na tanke krugove paradajz..


Dodati i paradajz sos,posolite jelo i sve prskati uljem.
Sipajte i oko 100ml vodu i pokrijte kapakom vatrostalnu posudu.Stavite da se pece 45 min od kada prokuva jelo..
Mozete po malo vode da dolijete vrz pirinac kada ga stavite u tikvice.(nije obavezno jelo ce biti skuvano,i je mnogo ukusno posno jelo.)
Servirajte sa domace salate luk kromid ili vas izbor.
