Salad season – salad with preserves
A little bit of a different salad – with leavened milk and zucchini. Very fresh and delicious.
1 bowl lean milk
3 fresh garlic
Salt, black pepper, oil, copper, walnuts
Tubers are dressed and rendered / not tattered /. Leave to get a lot of good tension or sieve. You can help by extruding it with your hands. The ground milk is cooked with salt, black pepper, oil, copper and boiled nuts. Add small pieces of garlic and stripped gingerbread and loosen good. I’m suggesting that you have taken away the milk itself. I prefer to taste the whole milk, but such preparation of salad will take more time.
