VEGETABLE LUNCH WITH GINGER and BEANS
500 g of green beans
2 cm fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 red pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon spice five flavors + sugar corn
We clean the beans, prepare in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes, drain.
Heat the olive oil, chopped ginger,sugar corn, garlic and shallots.
Then throw the beans, chopped paprika, add sauces and seasoning.
We serve as an appetizer or as a stand-alone snack.
