Omelet with debris
“Colorful and very fragrant omelette with worms – how to resist a man”
Eggs – 4 pcs
Cheese – 50g
Debris – 1 pc.
Mayonnaise – 1 teaspoon
Oil – for frying
Universal spice – 1/2 tsp. Vegetable picantine
Water – 2 tablespoons

Method of preparation:
We cut the worm in two, then two more pieces. Cut small pieces. We crumble the cheese. Parsley is chopped finely.
In a deep dish we crumble the eggs and crumble well. Add to them the finely chopped Deburgin and the crushed cheese.
Add a scoop of mayonnaise, picantine and finely chopped parsley. Finally, add both tablespoons of water.
The whole mix breaks well. Preheat the oil in a pan.
Then pour the ready mix into it. We cook the eggs on the hot plate and, when ready, decorate them with fresh parsley. Serve the dish while still warm
