Eggs – 4 – 5
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Carrots – 1 pc.
Fresh onion – 1 1 waist leeks
Universal spice – 1 tablespoon Picantina vegetable
Ham – 100 g
Fresh milk – 3 tablespoons

Method of preparation:
Cut the carrot, ham and onion in small pieces. In a bowl mix the eggs with the universal spice and the fresh milk.
We pass the eggs through a strainer to make the mixture perfectly smooth. Add carrot, ham and onion to the mixture. Stir well.
Put on a pan with a non-stick coating. We smear it with oil and pour with the ladle in the mixture. Turn the heat on low.
When the omelet is ready on one side, we start slightly winding it. Roll it up to half, spread the other half of the pan again with a little oil and pull the half-wrapped half to the empty pan.
In the smaller, empty part of the pan add more of the mixture and wait to cook.
Then rewind and pull again. This is repeated until the mixture is over. Once the roll is ready we remove and put it to the board.
