Koffe desert for you friends.

Chokolate buiscuit


2 big eggs
2 tea cup Sugar (200 ml capacity)
250 ml of fresh milk
3 tablespoons Cocoa
100 ml of water
100 ml of oil
2 vanilla
3 tea cup. Flour (200 ml capacity)
1 baking powder
For topping:
2 tablespoons Cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 tsp. Rum

Eggs and sugar are crushed with a mixer. Add fresh milk, oil and vanilla. Cocoa is mixed with 50 ml of hot water to a smooth consistency, add the remaining 50 ml of cold water and poured into the mixture. Mix everything again with a mixer. Gradually and in part add the sieved flour together with the baking powder, again homogenizing with a low speed mixer.

The finished mixture is poured into a greased and sprinkled flour form for the cake. Bake in a heated 190 – 200 * oven for about 35-40 minutes. Readiness is checked with a toothpick and it is not good to allow toast to prevent the cake from becoming dry.

The dressing is prepared by mixing cocoa, butter and sugar and warm up until melting. Outside of the hotplate add the rum. Apply to the cake when it is completely cooled, and it is cooled to a suitable watering density.
