Ingredients:

200 mass (it turned out that my package mass is 130 so I added the remaining amount with butter and a little oil)
250 g yoghurt
1 baking powder
200 cheese (or to taste, I put on eye)
1 1 egg and white
flour soft dough
1 egg yolk spreads
Preparation:

From fat, yoghurt and flour sifted with baking powder, mix a soft dough.
Roll out crust and one and a half put scrambled eggs with cheese.
The bark is folded and cut into crop prachits.Pretzels are coated with egg yolks and place in a pan covered with paper baking.In to optionally can sprinkle them with poppy.
Bake at 180 degrees until browned.
Pretzels are very crisp and melt in your lips.Do you love and cheese is not very salty, you can add a little salt in the dough.

Slane testenine sa mast.

Sastojci:

-200 mast (ispostavilo se da je moj paket mast 130g, pa sam dodala za preostali iznos sa puterom i malo ulja)
-250g jogurta-ili kiselo mleko
1 prašak za pecivo
-200 sir (ili po ukusu, ja sam stavila od oko)
-1 jaje i 1 belanac
-brašno za meko testo
-1 žumance za premazivanje
Priprema:
Od masti, jogurta i brašno prosejano sa praškom za pecivo, zamesiti  meko testo.
Razvucite koru i na jedan kraj na pocetku kore i do pola kore stavite izmucena jaja sa sirom.
Koru preklopite na pola preko strane gde se nalaze jaja i sir,a zatim i iseći na parcice.Grizinite se premackuvaat so žumance i stavite u tepsije prekrivene papirom za pecene.Odozgo solenke -grizine mozete da ih posolite sa makom.
Pecite na 180 stepeni dok ne porumene.
Slani Grizine su vrlo ukusne i tope se u usta usta.Ako sira nije slam, možete dodati malo soli u testo.
