Baklava sa makom.Baklava with moss.

Baklava sa makom veoma ukusan domaci desert koji.koji se cesto pravi u mom regionu,starinskih recepta ima puno.

Ovo je jedan od mnogo ukusni recepti.Cesto sam pravila ovu baklavu,pa imam recept i na Blogu.A imam i vise slicnih recepta ili ih ja sama menjam,sto mi nije problem oko slatkisa.

Sastojci:

  • 750g tankih kora
  • 100g mah
  • 3 jaja
  • 200g secera
  • 1 jogurt
  • 200ml ulja
  • 1 pecivo

Serbet:750ml vode da provri 10 minuta sa 750g secera i nekoliko krugova limuna.

Priprema:

Prvo spremimo fil,umutimo jaja sa secerom,dodajemo jogurt, pecivo,ulje i mah,sve pomesamo .Tepsiju premazemo uljem zatim pocinje slaganje kora .Svaku koru poprskamo uljem,i na svaku trecu stavljamo od pripremljenog fila sve dok se ne potrosi cela kolicina.Zadnje tri kore ne premazujemo vec ih prvo isecemo na kocke ,a zatim poprskamo uljem i stavimo u pecku koju smo vec zagrejali na 200C.A baklavu pecemo sa na 170C 45 min.

Gotovu baklavu prelijemo vec gotovim serbetom koji treba da je spreman i da vec vrelu baklavu prelijemo,a isto to se moze uraditi obrnuto.

Engleski recept za baklavu:

Ingredients:

750g thin crust
100g mah
3 eggs
200g sugar
1 yogurt
200ml oil
1 baking powder
Serbet: 750ml of water to boil for 10 minutes with 750g of sugar and a few rounds of lemon.

Preparation:
