Biftek u  roštilj sos sa lukom
Biftek u sosu roštilj je savrseno glavno jelo ili večera, koja je pripremljena u tiganju.
Ukusno, prilog sa meso od marinade u sosu sa puno količine začina, i zbog toga je meko i luk, koji se natapa u sosu i mami vas miris hrane.
Čitavo jelo je veoma ukusno i aromatično.

Recept za četiri porcije svinjskog mesa u sosa.

Sastojci:

-4 kriške svinjskog mesa (debljine oko 2 cm)
-3 kašike roštilj sos
-1 kašika soja sos
-1/2 kašičice ljute paprike
-1 kašičica slatka paprika
-1/2 kašičice paprika pecena na plotna
-1 kašičica Provencal* bilje-mesani zacini
-1/2 kašičice timijana
-so
-3 kašike ulja
-4 crni luk

PRIPREMA:

U posudu staviti sosa, soja sos, aleva paprika, sveža i dimljena paprika, bilje de Provence i majčine dušice – sve temeljno izmesati sastojke.
Iseci svinjetinu, oprati i iscedite na papirni ubrus viska vode,i dodati u posudu sa marinadom.
Meso dobro izmešati u marinadi da bude pokriveno, pokriti posudu i držati u frižideru nekoliko sati (3-4 h).
Nakon određenog vremena, izvadite meso iz frižidera, mešati u činiju.
U tiganju zagrejati ulje,staviti meso na toplo ulje.
Okretajuci sa obe strane, a zatim izvadite meso iz tiganja.
Ocistiti crni luk, isprati, i iseći na tanke prstenove.

Prebaciti crni luk  u tiganj,gde se przilo meso, blago posoliti i dinstati nekoliko minuta.
Savršeno dinstani crni luk dodati u meso, sipati oko 200 ml vode, i kuvajte na srednjoj vatri dok ne omekša svinjetina i crni luk, kao i da ispari većina tečnost.

Recipe for four slices of pork in barbecue sauce.

Ingredients:

-4 slices of pork (thickness of about 2 cm)
-3 tablespoons barbecue sauce

PREPARATION:

In a bowl put barbecue sauce, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, fresh and smoked, herbs de Provence and thyme – all thoroughly combine.
