Ukusne loptice od cokolade,veoma ukusni cokoladni zadovoljstva,na oko lepi a ukus vredi truda da ih napravite i uzivate jesti ovaj desert,a recepta podeliti.

Ovo je pravo zadovoljstvo imati ovakav desert ,posebno za sladokusce,oni koji vole cokoladu i ujedno je odlican slavski desert,to su cokoladne loptice.Lako se spremaju za vrlo kratko vreme,eto deserta na trpezu.Ja volim ovakve kolace spremati posebno za zimske slave.

Sastojci:

  • 100g crne cokolade
  • 100g bele cokolade-white chocolate
  • 70g kokosovog brasna (Chicken)
  • 100ml slatke pavlake-kream
  • 30g putera
  • 5-6 kasika mleveni keks

Priprema:

Prvo samleti keks,zatim rastopiti pola slatke pavlake sa crnom cokoladom na tihu vatru.

Isti postupak napraviti i sa belom cokoladom ( white chocolate) i ostatkom slatke pavlake ,mesati da se samo razmeksa bela cokolada.

U smese sa belom cokoladom dodati,mleveni keks i puter,dodati i kokosovog brasna-chiken.

Smese ujednaciti,i ostaviti da se prohlade u hladnjaku,zatim formirati loptice i redjati na tacni.

Crne cokolade otopljenom treba ohladiti,ali da jos uvek bude u tecnom stanju,u nju umakati cokoladne loptice-chocolate balls.

Odlagati loptice u hatrijene korpice za sluzenje,i odloziti da se ohlade u frizideru.

Components:

100g dark chocolate
100g white chocolate-white chocolate
70g coconut flour (Chicken)
100ml cream-kream
30g butter
5-6 tablespoons of ground biscuits
Preparation:

First grind the cookies, then melt half the cream with dark chocolate on a quiet fire.

The same procedure do and with white chocolate (white chocolate), and the rest of the cream, mixed to just limp white chocolate.
