Cokoladne stangle od urme.//Chokolat stangle with dates.

Cokoladne stangle,sa urme i pirinacne pahulje,samo ime govori ,o ukusnih sitnih kolaca,koji se ne peku.

A uvek su omiljeni bas takvi kolaci,brzi i laki za pripremu,a imaju ukus koji podseca na karamelu.

Sastojci:

  • 180g margarina
  • 250g mleveni posni keks
  • 80ml vode
  • 200 smedji secer
  • 100 suhe iseckane urme
  • 2 kasike ruma
  • 50g cne cokolade za kuvanje
  • 50 pirinacne pahulje
  • 100g cokolade za kuvanje za glazure
  • 4 kasika vecih posne slatke pavlake

Priprema:

Pomesajte mleveni keks sa urme potopljene u rum,a trebaju i da odstoje oko pola sata da bih dobile miris.

Stavite da se zagreje margarin,secer i voda,dodajte i 50g crne cokolade za kuvanje,mesati dok se sve sastojke ne rastope ,a zatim smesu sipajte u mleveni keks.

Kada ste sipali tecnu mesu u keks promasati dobro, da se sve sastojke ujednace i ostavite da se malo ohladi.

Zatim spremite kockasti kalup i obloziti ga folijom,isterite smesu za cokoladne kocke od urma i pahulja od pirinca.

Pritisnite da ne ostane viska vazduha u mese,i ostavite da se ohladi.

Kada je ohladjena  biskvitna masa,sprema se cokoladna glazura,stavite u posudu,da se otopi cokolada i slatka pavlaka,ne sme da prokuva.

Na gotovu masu  stavite pirinacne pahulje,i pritisnite rukom da se pirinacne pahulje slepe, za jos vlazne mase za kolace.

Otopljenu cokoladu sipajte vrz pirinacne pahulje i poravnajte povrsinu kolaca,odlozite da se stegnu u frizideru.

Gotove cokoladne stangle secite na kocke,sluzite sa kafom,ja se spremam i za moju kucnu slavu da ih napravim.

Jer su veoma ukusne i imaju miris karamele,koji se meni bas dopao.

Chocolate stangle with dates has rice flakes, the name suggests, the delicious small cakes, which are not baked.
