Proje od heljde i sargarepe.


Ovo je recept za veoma ukusne proje bez glutena, od heljdinog brasna  i kukuruzno brasno.Sa dodatka sargarepe veoma ukusne i lake za pripremu posne proje.
Sastojci: (ja sam koristila je solju od 130ml)
  • 2 solje kukuruzno brasno-za proje
  • 1 solje brasna od heljde
  • pola male kasike soli
  • 1 i pola solja ulje-biljno
  • 1 solja kisela voda
  • pola vrecica praska za pecivo-5g
  • 1 vece rendane sargarepe

Priprema:

U dublje posude izmesajte sve sastojke,kukuruznog brasna,heljdinog brasna i praska za pecivo.

Dodati soli i kasikom promesajte,a potom dodati i ulja vode i izmesajte sastojke da se dobro sjedine.

Narendati 1 sargarepa skinuti koru i dodati u smese,i sjediniti sa druge sastojke.

Kalup za mafine spremite premazite uljem,sve kalupe,i potom punite sa kasike praznine za testa.

Kalupe se pune skoro sasvim do gore jer ne narastaju mnogo.ali su veoma ukusne za decu i odrasle sa probleme sa alergije.I netolerancije na glutena jaja,i mleko.

Zagrejati rernu na 200C i stavite proje da se peku na 170C kada zarumene ,namalite da se ne bih prepekli i ostali tvrdi.

Posle 25-30 min proje su pecene,izvadite ih iz kalupe i posluzite za dorucak savrsen obrok ili vecere.

A veoma su ukusni i kao posno jelo-testenina za dane posta.
