Crveno sočivo sa pečenim povrćem.
Volim crvene sočivo. Pripremiti je na različite načine, najmanje jednom nedeljno kuvam supu, salate i čorbe. Jelo koje je napravljeno danas, je veoma ukusno, ne sadrži gluten i mlečne proizvode Pogodan je za aktivne sportiste i ljude na dijeti – gulaš od crveno sočivo sa pečenim povrćem.
Začini su mala indijski, ali ne vruće. Ukus veoma sam voleo i da će sigurno ponoviti, takođe je veoma živopisna.

Sastojci:

-1 velika šolja crveno sočivo
-2 šolje vode
-1/2 povrća supa
-so
-1/2 kašičice kurkuma
-1/4 kašičice Kari
-1/4 kašičice suvog đumbira
-30ml. maslinovo ulje
-1 plavi patlidžan
-1 crvena paprika
-1 šargarepa
-1 stabljika celera
-nekoliko rukole
-biber
-so
-maslinovo ulje
-1/2 kašičice sušenog origana
Zagrijte rernu na 220 stepeni.
Iscistete od nepotrebne delove povrce, i iseckati povrće. Od celera skinite stabljike nožem da nema konce. Stavite komade u pekac, prekriven papirom za pečenje, pospite začinima.Sipajte i od  maslinovim uljem i pecite dok sve potpuno ne omekša.
Očistite, operite i kuvajte sočivo u vodi u odnosu 1: 2. Dodajte začine i supu. Kada dodajemo vodu,dodati maslinovo ulje ponovo popraskati. Dobro promešati.
Postavite pečenu povrće u rerne i lagano izmešati. Sluziti jelo,u kontrasna cinija i pospite sa nekoliko ( saku) grancica rukole.

-1 stalk celery
-handful of arugula
-pepper

-1/2 tsp dried oregano
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Peel and chop vegetables. Of celery stalks with a knife pull the strings. Put the pieces on a tray covered with baking paper, sprinkle with spices. Pour with olive oil spray and bake until completely soft.
Clean, wash and boil the lentils in water at a ratio of 1: 2. Add spices and broth. When you take water and add the olive oil spray. Mix well.
