Fudgy Paleo Brownies.//Braunsi kolaci.

Fudgy Paleo Brownies,their are so simple to make, are not cakey at all, and are the perfect chocolate treat! So delicious and gluten free, dairy free and nut free!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil (I used Nutiva unrefined)
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used Lake Champion)
  • 2 oz unsweetened chocolate (I used Sunspire Organic Baking Bar)
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour (I used Arrowhead Mills)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fair trade espresso powder (optional, but recommended)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper. Spray with non-stick spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine coconut oil, cocoa powder, and unsweetened chocolate. Heat oven medium heat, whisking until mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.
  3. Take off the heat and stir in the honey. This should cause the mixture to slightly thicken.
  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  5. Add in the coconut flour, salt, and espresso powder. Mix until no dry pockets remain.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20-23 minutes.
  7. Store in the fridge after the first day to keep fresh.

Sastojci:

*1/2 šolje rastopljeno kokosovo ulje (ovde je korisceno Nutiva nerafinirano)
*1/2 šolje kakao prah (korisceno je Lake Champion)
*2 OZ nezaslađenog čokolade (ja koristi Sunspire Organic Baking Bar)
*3/4 šolje meda
*2 jaja, sobne temperature
*1 kašičica vanila
*1/4 šolje kokosovo brašno (Koristio sam vrh strele Mills)
*1/2 kašičice soli
*1 kašičica sajam espreso u prahu (opciono, ali se preporučuje)

Instrukcije:

Zagrejte rernu na 350 ° i liniju za 9k9 tepsiju pergament papiru. Sprej sa ne-stick sprej i izdvojeno.
