Girl eye roll,very tasty cake,with cream and chocolate.

Components:

Biscuit:

– 2 pcs egg yolks
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 1 tablespoon milk
– 1 tablespoon flour
– 1 tablespoon density
– 2 tablespoons cocoa
– 1/2 baking powder
– 3 pieces of meringue
– 2 tablespoons sugar

Cream:

– 2.5 dl milk
– 1 piece vanilla pudding
– 1 pc yolk
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 piece vanilla sugar
– 100 g butter
– 50 g of chocolate

Preparation:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Mix the flour, cornstarch, cocoa and baking powder.

Egg yolks blur with 1 tablespoon of sugar that becomes foamy mass and sugar is melted. Gradually add oil mute continuously.
Add milk and stir to get all together. Add dry ingredients mixed into all unite.

Whites blur gradually add 2 tablespoons sugar and beat until the mixture becomes thick and glossy.

Add the egg whites into the dark mixture gradually into 3-4 times and mix with a spoon .

Baking sheet about 23 × 30 cm covered with baking paper coated with a little oil, pour the mixture and bake at 180 C. Baked biscuit cool.

Pudding yolk and mix with a little cold milk, the rest of the milk and sugar to put to boil, pour the pudding and stir to thicken.
Allow to cool and merge with the previously whisked butter.

In the mixture add more whipped cream gradually messing it does not come off foam, and divided into two parts and one put 100 melted chocolate.

Chilled biscuit fill them on baking paper, spread with white cream, a little thicker in the middle, towards the ends of the thinner, at one end of a dark place to put the filling in the form of an eye.

Fold one end of sponge cake with parchment paper, to lie on the black cue, the ends gently press at the end, and leave to cool. Garnish as desired-tortured whipped cream or whipped cream.

Devojacko oko rolat.

Devojacko oko rolat veoma uskusan domaci desert koji ce ukusom da iznenadi, sve koje ga probaju.Napravljen od kreme i cokolade savrsen brzi desert.

Sastojci

Biskvit:

– 2 kom žumanaca
– 1 kašika šećera
– 2 kašike ulja
– 1 kašika mlijeka
– 1 kašika brašna
– 1 kašika gustina
– 2 kašike kakaa
– 1/2 praška za pecivo
– 3 kom bjelanaca
– 2 kašike šećera

Krema:

-250g slatke pavlake

– 2,5 dl mlijeka
– 1 kom puding od vanilije
– 1 kom žumance
– 2 kašike šećera
– 1 kom vanilin šećer
– 100 g putera
– 100 g čokolade

Priprema

Odvojiti bjelance od žumanaca.

Izmiješati brašno, gustin, kakao i prašak za pecivo.

Žumanca mutiti sa 1 kašikom šećera da masa postane pjenasta i šećer se istopi. Postepeno dodavati ulje muteći neprekidno, moze se i samo sa kasike promesati.
Dodati mlijeko i mesajuci da se sve sjedini. Dodati izmiješane  sastojke i sve sjediniti.

Bjelanca mutiti, postepeno dadavati 2 kašike šećera i mutiti dok masa ne postane gusta i sjajna.

Bjelance dodavati u tamne smjese postepeno u 3-4 navrata i miješati kašikom.

Pleh oko 23×30 cm obložiti papirom za pečenje premazan sa malo ulja, sipati smjesu i peći na 180 C. Pečen biskvit ohladiti.

Puding i žumance razmutite sa malo hladnog mlijeka, ostatak mlijeka i šećer staviti da prokuva, sipati puding i miješati da se zgusne.

Ostaviti da se ohladi pa sjediniti sa prethodno umućenim puterom.

U smese dodati jos umucene slatke pavlake postepeno mesajuci da ne spadne pena,i podeliti na dva dela i jedan staviti 100 omeksalu cokoladu.

Ohlađen biskvit filovati na papiru za pečenje, premazati sa belim fil, po sredini malo deblje, prema krajevima sve tanje,na jednom kraju staviti staviti tamni fil u obliku oka.

Savijte  jedan kraj biskvit zajedno sa papirom za pečenje,da legne preko  crnog fila, krajeve* lagano pritisnuti na kraju,i ostaviti da se dobro ohladi. Ukrasiti po želji-izmucenim slagom ili slatkom pavlakom.
