Govedji skembici corba.
Govedina škembići je jedana od tradicionalnih poljskih supa verovatno poznat svima.
Ona je pripremljena u dve verzije – supa / čorba ili paradajz verzija.
Ovaj put samo goveđi bujon iseckano povrće, gde su kuvani škembići.
Recept za dve porcije govedine škembići.

Sastojci:

-1/2 kg govedje skembice (očišćene i iseckane)
-2 lovora
-2 zrna beli biber
-4 zrna crnog bibera
-1 čen belog luka
-1 peršuna
-1 šargarepa
-so
-mleveni crni biber
-1 kašika majoran
-1 glavica crnog luka
-1 kašika ulja

PRIPREMA:

Govedje škembiće temeljno oprati, staviti u činiju, pokriti sa hladnom vodom i ostaviti da odstoji najmanje jedan sat.
Nakon tog vremena, izliti vodu, temeljno oprati ponovo,iseci i stavite u lonac, pokriti sa hladnom vodom i staviti da se kuva na srednjoj vatri – kuvati oko 30 minuta posle ključanja.
Nakon određenog vremena kuvanja, izliti vodu, škembići pranje opet, staviti u čistu posudu i ponovo pokriti sa vodom – ovaj postupak odstranice im los miris.
Dodajte sve zacine i povrce, lovora, bibera, so po ukusu i oljušten,i operan  čen belog luka.
Škembići sa začinima ubaciti za kuvanje na srednje jakoj vatri i kuvati oko sat vremena.
Peršun i šargarepe iseci,i staviti u ključalu čorbu.Kuvati dok ne omekša povrća dodavanjem tokom kuvanja vode  po potrebe.Ova se supa -corba moze se i tako reci ne zaprzuje vec se sve zajedno kuva.A pozeljno je zacine kako bibera i vegete ukoliko volite da stavite.Stavite na karju kuvanja jer ce tako jelo zadrzati mirise.

Beef tripe soup.

Beef tripe one of the traditional Polish soup known probably to everyone.
They are prepared in two versions – broth / broth or tomato version.
This time I made beef tripe broth vegetable, where tripe were cool.
The recipe for two servings of beef tripe.

COMPONENTS:

-1/2 kg of beef tripe (cleaned and chopped)
-2 bay leaves
-2 grains of allspice
-4 grains of pepper
-1 clove garlic
-1 parsley
-1 carrot
-salt
-ground black pepper
-1 tablespoon marjoram
-1 onion
-1 tablespoon oil

PREPARATION:

Beef tripe thoroughly washed, put into a bowl, cover with cold water and leave for at least an hour.
After this time, pour out the water, thoroughly wash tripe again, put into a pot, cover with cold water and put to cook over medium heat – cook about 30 minutes after boiling.
After the specified cooking time, pour out the water, tripe wash again, put into a clean saucepan and cover with water again – this preparation deprive tripe odor.
Add the allspice, bay leaves, peppercorns, salt to taste and peeled, rinsed with a clove of garlic.
Tripe with spices insert for cooking over medium heat and cook for about an hour.
Parsley and carrot peel, rinse well and fully put into boiling broth.
Peel, rinse and chop finely.
Fried onion add to the beef tripe.
Active cook until tender vegetables by adding during cooking marjoram.

For this corbu- which is more like a vulture does not say any more roux mixes and cooks together, needs added water.A spices are best added at the end because jacek smell and taste.
Beef tripe season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
