Grcki kolaci za kalupe,veoma ukusni domaci suvi kolaci.Od ove smese izlaze bas puno kolaca.A ne samo lepi na izgled,ovi su kolaci prelepi na ukus.Zato vam ih preporucujem da ih napravite i smrznete i imate kolace u svako vreme.

Sastojci:

  • 2 jaja
  • 2 manje solje za kafu secera
  • 1 vanilin secer
  • 2 solje ( sa iste solje se sve meri) ulje
  • 6 pune solje brasna
  • 1/2 vrecice praska za pecivo
  • 100g cokolade za kuvanje
  • 50g kokosa za posipanje kolaca
  • 5 kasike mleka za topljenje cokolade

Priprema:

U posude za mesenje mikserom mutiti jaja sa secerom,a potom dodati redom sve sastojke.Zameseno testo izvadite iz posudu i stavite na nabrasnjenu povrsinu.Zamesite dobro i razvuci koru debljine pola cm.

Kalupima vaditi kolace razne forme po zelji.Poredjajte  kolace u plehu koji i ne mora da se podmazuje jer su kolaci masni.

Peci kolace na 200C oko 10 min,dok porumene i dobiju lepu boju.

Za preliva od cokolade otopiti cokoladu sa 5 kasika mleko,zatim svaki kolac stavine polovinu kolaca u cokoladu ,a zatim i kokosovog brasna.

 

Ovaj recept ja od mojih starijih recepta,a mozete ih napraviti sa elektricnim kalupima,sto je lakse i imate veliki izbor forme.

Components:

2 eggs

2 small cups of coffee sugar

1 vanilla sugar

2 cups (from the same cup all custom) Oil

6 full cups flour

1/2 bags of baking powder

100g dark chocolate

50g sprinkling of coconut cake

5 tablespoons milk for melting chocolate

Preparation:

In mixing bowl mixer blur eggs with sugar, then add a row all sastojke.Knead the dough from bowl and place on a floury worktop.Knead cake well and stretch the crust thickness of half a cm.

Bake cakes at 200C for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and get a nice color.

For the chocolate sauce melt the chocolate with 5 tablespoons of milk, then each half a  of cakes in chocolate, then flour and coconut.

This recipe I of my older recipe, but you can make them with electric molds, which is easier to have a large choice of form.
