Integral-wheat bread.//Integralni Graham hleb.

Integral-wheat bread, homemade bread of several types of flour and seeds, without yeast and eggs perfect taste.

Ingredients:

100g wholemeal flour
100g wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
140ml warm water
pinch of salt
a pinch of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon golice
1/2 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon flax seeds
Preparation:

Mix the two types of flour wholemeal flour, and whole wheat flour, add the sugar and baking soda.

Add olive oil, and half of lukewarm water and stir spoon.Dough can be a little sticky.

Sprinkle a little flour on a work surface and knead a few minutes.

The dough should be smooth, shape the dough to taste and leave on paper, for baked.Mixing of all seeds and sprinkle over dough.

Baked dough in more preheated oven at 180C about 40 minutes.

INTEGRALNI GRAHAM HLEB.

Integralni graham hleb,domaci hleb od nekoliko vrsta brasna,i semenki,bez kvasca jaja i savrsenog ukusa.

Sastojci:

  • 100g integralnog brasna
  • 100g graham brasna
  • 1 1/2 kasicica maslinovog ulja
  • 1/2 kasikice soda bikarbona
  • 140ml tople vode
  • prstohvat soli
  • prstohvat zutog secera
  • 1/2 kasicice golice
  • 1/2 kasikice semenke suncokreta
  • 1/2 kasikice lanenih semenki

Priprema:

Pomesati dve vrste brasna graham brasno i integralno brasno,dodati so secera i sodu bikarbonu.

Dodati maslinovo ulje,i polovinu mlake vode,i promesati kasikom.Testo moze biti malo lepljivo.

Posuti malo brasna na radnu povrsinu,i mesiti nekoliko minuta.

Testo treba biti glatko,oblikovati testo po zelji i ostaviti na papiru,za pecenje.pomesati od sve semenke i posuti po testu.

Peci testo u vec zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 40 min.
