Liqueur with white chocolate from Irish.

 

 
Yesterday was St. Patrick’s Day, the Irish celebrate in honor of their day, now we can use with their liquor … very quickly make a pleasure it is great. We do not drink liquor, and so will this liquor donate my friend, and let it sweeter for us.
Ingredients:
250 ml cream
400 ml of condensed milk
325-375 ml of good Scotch Whisky
1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
60 g white chocolate quality
Preparation : Melt the chocolate and steamed briefly chill.
In a blender pour the cream, condensed milk, whiskey, chilled white chocolate, vanilla (I used vanilla paste and so in my paintings you see seeds vanilla, I could Steep them there, but I personally do not interfere with a friend, if it bother may strain it) coffee, almond extraction and unite all good.
Pour into a bottle (you can get about 750 ml liquor) or in several smaller bottles, sealed and kept in the fridge and if you poured into smaller bottles, decorate them with some occasional pendant and a nice label and give them to your friends for Easter or birthday.

Liker sa belom čokoladom od Irske.

Sastojci:
-250 ml slatke pavlake
-400 ml kondenzovano mleko
-325 – 375 ml dobrog škotskog viskija
-1 kašičica instant espresso kafa
-1 kašičica vanilin ekstrakt
-1/4 kašičice bademov ekstrakt
-60 g bele kvalitetne čokolade
Priprema:
Istopiti čokoladu na pari i kratko je ohladiti.
U blender sipati  slatku pavlaku, kondenzovano mleko, viski, prohlađene bele čokolade, vanila ( ja sam koristila vanilla paste i zato na mojim slikama vidite semenkice vanile, mogla sam da procedim da ih nema, ali meni lično ne smetaju a vama ako se ne svidjaju, možete ih procediti ) kafu, bademov ekstrak i sve dobro sjediniti.
Sipati u flašu ( dobićete oko 750 ml likera )  ili u nekoliko manjih flaša, zatvoriti i čuvati u frižideru a ako ste sipali u manje flaše, ukrasite ih sa nekim prigodni priveskom i lepe etikete i poklonite ih svojim prijateljima za Uskrs ili rođendan.
Ovako pripremljen liker može da stoji u frižideru 3 do 4 nedelje a možda i duže. Budite sigurni da kupite svežu slatku pavlaku.
