Jetre u slanini na tiganju. / Wrapped Chicken Livers

Jetre u slanini na tiganju.przeno jelo ukusan obrok.

Veoma ukusno jelo  sa slaninom,daju djigerici savrsenu socnost i ukus.

Sastojci:

-12-18 pileće džigerice
-12-18 kriški slanine ili pršute
-1-2 kašike maslinovo ulje
-3-4 čena belog luka, neoljušten
-grančica ruzmarina
-1/2 kašičice soli ili po ukusu
-1/2 kašičice biber ili po ukusu
-ražnjići roštilja (ili čačkalice)
-1-2 grupica za bebe spanaća za serviranje po izbor nije obavezno,

Priprema:

Oprati spanac i iscediti viska vode ( za oko mesa dekorativno)
Oprati i iscedite viska vodu djigerici na kuhinjskom papiru.
Posolite i pobiberite, uviti čvrsto u slanini ili pršutom i vezati ih sa kuvarskim  koncem a zatim nabodite na drvene stapica kao raznjci ,poredjati tako da ima odstojanje izmedju njih da ne budu prilepljeni jedni do druge ( po3   na ražnju).
Namazite maslinovim uljem dno tiganja ili tave,zagrejati na srednjoj vatri i dodati  jetre,u tiganju i belog luka i ruzmarina.
Isprzite na jednoj strani za 5-6 minuta, okrenite ražnjice i beli luk i pecite jos po 5-6 minuta na drugoj strani.
Uklonite sa vatre gotovi dropcinja ražnjici i beli luk, dodati spanać oko, i prije serviranja iscedite viska masnoce od djigerice 2-3 min na papiru.
Servirati odmah uz omiljeno vino, dodajte i spanać (opciono) i hleb,ako volite namazati ga sa lukom.

Recipe in English:

Wrapped Chicken Livers

Necessary products:

-12-18 chicken livers
-12-18 slices of bacon or prosciutto
-1-2 tablespoons olive oil
-3-4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
-sprig of rosemary
-1/2 tsp salt or to taste
-1/2 tsp pepper, or to taste
-skewers of barbecue (or toothpicks)
-1-2 handfuls of baby spinach for Serir, optional

Method of preparation:

Wash spinach and draining.
Washing and drying bacon on kitchen paper.
Season with salt and pepper, wrap tightly in bacon or ham and tie them to the end of cooking and then prick the wooden sticks as to nice from sticks, stow so that the distance between them not to be glued to each other (3 per skewer).
Greased with olive oil bottom of the pan, hot medium heat and add bacon, garlic and rosemary blade.
“Browning” on one side for 5-6 minutes, turn the skewers and garlic and bake for 5-6 minutes on the other side.
Remove the finished skewers and garlic, add spinach and zashusheavame in fat than drobchetata for 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately with a favorite wine, steamed spinach (optional) and toast, Cotto can spreads  with garlic gently shake crackling to peel it;)
