Kakao kejk sa krem od kokosa.//Cocoa kejk with coconut cream.

Kakao kejk sa krem od kokosa veoma ukusna i prelepa kombinacija.Nije tesko da ga napravite,ali sarenilo mu daje da lepo izgleda u unutrasnjosti.Zato ako ste ljubitelj ovakvih kolaca ukrasite svoj sto ovim kakao kolacom.
proizvodi:

Za testo:
-125g putera
-1 šolja šećer (kapacitet 250 ml)
-3 jaja
-1 vanile
-2 kašike kakao “Oetker”
-1 1/3 šolje brašno
-1 prašak za pecivo
Za kremu:
-250g neslana urda
-4 pune kašike secera u prahu
-1 jaje
-1 vrecicu vanilinog secera
-3-4 kašike kokosa

Priprema:

Mekani maslac i šećer muti mikserom dok ne pobele i dobiju pufkasti izgled. Jedno po jedno, dodati jaja i svako jaje muti sa mikserom do se apsorbuje u masu. Dodaj vanilu, kakao i postepeno od prosejanog brašna.Mutiti gusce nego što je to uobičajeno za testo kolača.
Za krem prvo se muti urda i prosejani šećer u prahu, pa dodati preostale sastojke i ponovo mutite sa mikserom. Ako je krema precvrsca, u zavisnosti od vrste urde koju ste stavili, razblažiti sa malo mleka (k.mleko ili jogurta) i olaksati  slaganje testa u kalupu. (ja nisam imala problem). Opcionalno urdu možete da zamenite sa krem sir, ali meni lično ovo bolje, volim više ovaj ukus.

U podmazanom i brasnom posuti kalup,stavljati, oblike naizmeničnih slojeva dve mešavine od smese, svaki sloj prvo sipati u kalupu i sa kašikom  poravnati površinu.
Torta Peći na 200 * za 40-45 minuta,i proverite sa cackalice, na koje ne treba da ostane trag testa.

Već hladni, kolač ukrasiti po želji. Koristio sam “crveni sjaj za kolača” na “Stilla Dolce” iz Kaufland.

125g butter
1 cup sugar (capacity 250 ml)

4 full tablespoons powdered sugar
1 egg
1 vanilla
3-4 tablespoons desiccated coconut

Preparation:

Soft butter and sugar beat with mixer until light and fluffy graying. One by one add the eggs after each fight with mixer until absorption. Add vanilla, cocoa and gradually from the sifted flour. Prepared by a thicker than usual cake batter.
For the cream is first broken curd and sieved powdered sugar, then add the remaining ingredients and again mixed by the mixer. If the cream you get quite thick, depending on the type of cottage cheese you use, dilute with a little milk (or yogurt) to facilitate its application (when I do not have). Optionally curd can replace cream cheese, but to me personally option of cottage cheese I like more like the taste.
In a greased and floured cake form alternating layers of two mixtures, each layer first pour piles with a spoon, then smoothed to a flat surface.
Cake bake at 200 * for 40-45 minutes, readiness is checked with a stick, to which must not remain a trace of dough.

Already cold, cake decorate as desired. I used “red glaze for cakes” na “Stilla dolce” from Kaufland.
