Karfiol Kuinoa Posna Ćufte u kokos kurkuma Sauce


Za posne cufte:
-8oz karfiol pirinač (oko 2 šolje, vidi napomenu)
-1 šolja kuvane kinoe
-1 šolja svežeg seckan peršun
-½ šolje brašna (možete koristiti bilo koju vrstu)
-2 jaja,mucena
-2 kašičice ekstra djevičansko maslinovo ulje
-½ kašičice soli
-¾ kašičica Frontier Allspice u prahu
-½ kašičice Frontier organske Vijetnamski Cimet
-3 kašike biljnog ulja (za tiganju za prženje ćufte)
Za Coconut kurkuma Sauce:
-2 kašike ekstra djevičansko maslinovo ulje
-1 srednji luk, narezanog na tanke kriske (oko 2 šolje)
-4 čena belog luka, narezanog
-1 “svež đumbirov koren, rendani (oko 2 supenih kašike)
– ½ kašičice organske gajen Kurkuma Koren
-¼ kašičice soli
-⅛ kašičice Frontier Crack Crni bibera
-⅛ kašičice Aleppo bibera ili crvena paprika mlevena (opciono)
-1 šolja konzervirana punomasnog kokosovo mleko
-1 šolja povrtna supa ili voda
-2 kašike limete ili limunov sok
-½ šolje seckanog peršuna

Priprema:
Pomesati sve sastojke za ćufta (osim biljno ulje za prženje u tiganju) u velikoj posudi i staviti u frižideru 20 minuta
U međuvremenu, pripremite sos. U velikom tiganju,zagrejati maslinovo ulje. Dodajte luk i kuvajte na srednje jakoj vatri 7-8 minuta ili dok ne postane staklast. Dodati beli luk i đumbir i kuvajte još 2 minuta. Dodaj kurkuma, so, crni i Aleppo biber i kuvati 2-3 minuta.
Dodaj kokosovo mleko, sok od limete i povrća supu i ostaviti da se krčka 5-7 minuta.
Dodaj iseckani persun, sklonite sa vatre i ostaviti.
Za pripremu ćufte, zagrejte biljno ulje u posebnom tiganju.Uzimati sa po 1 kašike smeše  za cufte,i  formirajte oko 22 ćufte.Stavite ih u tiganju i kuvajte na srednjoj vatri, 2-3 minuta sa dve  strane,da se ispeku.
Pre služenja, postavite ćufte u sosu i kuvajte 10 minuta (ako je sos zgusnut previše, možete dodati malo vode da biste dobili željenu-gustinu (konzistenciju)
Servirati toplo sa prilog od  pirinča ili kuinoa.
Savet:
Možete kupiti karfiol pirinač u većini prodavnicama. Takođe možete da napravite svoj seckani karfiol u procesor  hrane.

Cauliflower Quinoa Meatless Meatballs In Coconut Turmeric Sauce

For the Meatless Meatballs:
-8 oz cauliflower rice (about 2 cups, see note)
-1 cup cooked quinoa
-1 cup fresh chopped  or parsley
-½ cup flour (you can use any kind here)
-2 eggs, beaten
-2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
-½ tsp salt
-¾ tsp Frontier Allspice powder
-½ tsp Frontier Organic Ground Vietnamese Cinnamon
-3 tbsp vegetable oil (to pan fry the meatballs)
For the Coconut Turmeric Sauce:
-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-1 medium onion, sliced thin (about 2 cups)
-4 garlic cloves, sliced
-1″ fresh ginger root, grated ( about 2 tablespoons)
-½ tsp Frontier Organic Fair Trade Certified Ground Turmeric Root
-¼ tsp salt
-⅛ tsp Frontier Cracked Black Pepper
-⅛ tsp Aleppo Pepper or red pepper flakes (optional)
-1 cup canned full fat coconut milk
-1 cup vegetable broth or water
-2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
-½ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions:
Combine all the meatball ingredients (except the vegetable oil for pan frying) in a large bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add onions and cook over medium high heat for 7-8 minutes or until translucent. Add garlic and ginger and cook for another 2 minutes. Add turmeric, salt, black and Aleppo pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add coconut milk, lime juice and vegetable broth and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes
Add chopped cilantro, remove from heat and set aside
To prepare the meatballs, heat the vegetable oil in a separate skillet. Working with 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture at a time, form about 22 meatballs. Arrange them in the skillet and cook over medium heat, 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside
Before serving, place the meatballs in the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes (if the sauce has thickened too much, you can add a little water to get the desired consistency)
Serve warm over rice or quinoa.
Notes:
You can buy cauliflower rice at most grocery stores. You can also make your own by chopping cauliflower in a food processor.
