Knedle i snicle u senfu.

Knedle i snicle sa lukom i senfom,veoma ukusno domace glavno jelo od mesa i sos od senfa,predlog kao rucak,sa prilog od sveze salate.I kada napravite ovu kombinaciju verujem da cete uzivati u jelo kao ja.


Sastojci:
-200 gr starog hleba
-100 ml mleka
-prstohvat soli i bibera
-ravna kašičica suvog začina
-2 cela jaja
-3 pune kašike brašna
-voda za kuvanje i so
Uz to sam pravila šnicle:
-6 šnicli po izboru-svinjetina
-2 čena belog luka
-2 ravne kašičice senfa
-2 kašika brašna
-voda za dopunu
-suvi začin, peršun, biber
Priprema:
Hleb sitno izmrvite, koliko je to moguće rukama.
Preliti mlekom i ostaviti da odstoji.
Delovaće malo suvlje, ali tako treba.
Dodati jaja, suvi začin, so, biber i brašno pa umesiti.
Biće lepljivo, ali tako treba.
Ostaviti da odstoji 10-ak minuta pa pokvasiti ruke i oblikovati kuglice.
Za to vreme stavite vodu sa solju da provri.
Dok napravite kuglice i voda će provriti.
Spustiti u kipuću vodu kuglice i ostaviti da se kuvaju 15 minuta pa ugasiti vatru.
Šnicle izlupati i posoliti i ostaviti 10 minuta da odstoje.
Zagrejati ulje, uvaljati šnicle, jednu stranu u brašno i staviti da se prže sa svake strane 2 – 3 minute.
Vaditi na tanjir.
U ulje u kojem su se pržile snicle propržiti ostatak brašna i izgnječen ili sitno iseckan beli luk.
Naliti vode, otprilike 2 čaše i promešati.
Ako počinje previše da se zgušnjava doliti još vode.
Opet promešati i ako je sos dobro gustine, malo redji, jer sa takvim trebaju knedle da se prelivaju, e onda doliti još čašu vode. Znači, kada je sos odgovarajuće gustine doliti još čašu vodu, vratiti šnicle, smanjiti vatru i ostaviti pola sata da krčkaju.
Pred kraj dodati senf.
Šnicle će tad biti mekane i sočne a sos će se vratiti na željenu gustinu.
Pred serviranje ocediti knedle poredjati u dublju posudu i peliti sa sosem, a meso servirati sastrane.
