Kozinjak sladki hleb .//Kozinjak sweet bread.

Kozinjak  slatki hleb, i jos jedna ukusna testenina,ovo su ukusne testenine za proslave ili za dorucak savrseni obrok.Ovo neki zovu i kao slatka torta.jer je unutrasnjost slatka i posuta secerom.Ako zelite da pripremite ukusnu pogacu-kozinjak procitajte recept do kraja,jer ima savete koji su vazni.sa  opisom pripreme vi cete uzivati u ukusnu domacu pogacu.I to dve varijante testa koje su meke i ukusne.

 Priprema:
 2 jaja plus jedno žumance / razmer L /
200 ml. mleko
150 grama šećera
100 ml. suncokretovo ulje
600 g brašna
7 g suvog kvasca dr Otker
jednu kašičicu vanile
kora od jednog limuna
jedan žumance, plus 6 kašika voda / stavite na pogace pre pečenja /
šećer za posipanje posle pečenja

Kako da spremite sebi ukusni kozinjak:

Toplo mleko / ne bi trebalo da bude pretoplo / i dodati šećer u njega. Ne povećati količinu. Koriste za merenje merilice.
U gore navedene smese, dodati kvasac i promešajte. Ostavite sve ovo 15 minuta da se odmori i da se aktivira kvasac. Moraju da se vide mehurići na površini smeše.

Dodati dva jaja i žumanca.
Dodaj lemon i koru od limuna.
Dodajte vanilu i pola ulje koje je 50 ml.
Počnite mesenje sa dodavanjem brašna,mesite. Trebalo bi da dobijete meko testo koje se ne lepi.Testo mozete mesiti i u masinu za mesenje testo.
U posude, kada je sve  spremno, dodati drugu polovinu ulja mesite sve sastojke osim djem i zumance za odozgo,i secera za posipanje.. Tako  dobijeno testo staviti u veliku posudu  koja se pokriva i ostavite da stase.Da se testo ne bi lepilo namazite sa malo ulja foliju i staviti preko gornji deo testa. Umotati testo sa ivicama foliju i ostaviti na toplom mestu da bi se  udvostručio u obimu.Testo ce biti stasano za sat i po ili dva.
Naraslo testo za pogacu ponovo mesite. Podeliti na tri jednaka dela. Jedan deo urolate a zatim se namzite sa džemom. Ali koristite ulje, ne brašna,uviti rolnu. Stavite ga u pravougaonog oblika sa dimenzijama od 30 do 10 cm., I pre nego ga stavite stavite prvo papir na dnu i stranama.
Druga dva dela testa  stavite u poseban kalup koji u sredine kao kuglof,podmazanim uljem,napravite kao pletenka a mozete i kao loptice.Pokriti ostavite na toplo testa da kisnu i narastu…
