Kravlji sir sa vlasac volim ga sa svež, domaći hleb, a sir napravljen kuci, je mnogo ukusniji i zdraviji nego kupovni u prodavnici sa puno dodataka, pojačivača i konzervansa.
Svež beli sir – sir,luka malo jogurta ili pavlaka, začini i doručak ‘spreman.
Recept je jednostavan,ekspresno brz i ukusan …procenite sami. 🙂
Sastojci:

-250 g beli kravlji sir – urda
-1 veza luk vlasinca
-1 čen belog luka – opciono
-2-3 kašike jogurta ili grčki
-so,
crni biber

PRIPREMA:

Urdu ili kravlji sir,dobro miksirati ili temeljito usitniti viljuškom ili mikserom  da se usitni. Luk oprati ocistiti i isecite na malu parcad.Beli luk ako volite ako nemorate ga stavljati.

Dodajte so.cnog bibera,i jogurta,promasate sastojke da se ujednace,a zatim stavite na hleb kao namaz.

Odlicno za dorucak i zdravo.

Ingredients:

-250 g white cheese – cottage cheese
-1 bunch chives
-1 clove garlic – optional
-2-3 tablespoons of plain yogurt or Greek
-salt,
-black pepper
PREPARATION: Cottage cheese pass through a razor or thoroughly mash with a fork. Peel a clove of garlic, rinse, drain and squeeze through crushed, then add to the milled curd cheese – cottage cheese if you want a very mild version of it omitted the garlic, or add just a touch of a single tooth. Chives rinse, dry paper towel and chop finely. Quark with garlic add 2-3 tablespoons Greek yogurt or natural (or cream), stir, add the chives finely pee. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.
