Krem supa od crveno sočivo i sirom.
Iznenađujuće dobra kombinacija napravljena sa jednostavne produkte ukusno i brzo za pripremu.

Savrsena supa za rucak i zdrava hrana,za celu porodicu.

Sastojci:

-1 šolja crveno sočivo
-1 glavica crnog luka
-1 šargarepa
-1 krompir malo veci
-1 šolja mleko
-kari
-so
-nana
-3-4 kašike jestivog ulja
-sir za posipanje
Priprema:
Krompiru i šargarepi skinuti koru i iseći na manje komade.
Sočivo, šargarepu i krompira stavite u lonac, sipajte vodu dovoljno da ih pokrije, malo soli i stavite da se kuhaju.Nadgledajte  proces kuvanja, jer sočiva nabubre i upuju vodu i je moguće  da voda brzo ispari i za jelo zagori. Međutim, ne preterivati sa vodom kako ne bi bila previse supa vodenasta.
Nakon sto se skuha povrće ispasirati ga na sitno i dodati mleko.
U vrelom ulju propržite seckan crni lukom. Kad omekša dodati kari po ukusu.Zapska se dodaje u supu i ponovo pasirati supu.Ostaviti da prokuha ponovo i onda skinuti sa vatru, dodati nanu i izmešati.
Supa se služi topla posipana rendanim sirom.

Cream soup of red lentils and cheese.
Surprisingly good combination products with simple and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:

-1 cup Red lentil
-1 onion
-1 carrot
-1 potato large
-1 cup milk
-curry
-salt
-mint
-3-4 tablespoons cooking oil
-cheese for sprinkling

Preparation:

Potato and carrot peel and cut into smaller pieces.
Lentils, carrots and potatoes put in a saucepan, pour water enough to cover them, a little salt and cooking.Oversee process of cooking, because the lens swells and many possible water be not enough and the dish to burn. However, do not overdo it with water so as not to dilute.
