Sastojci:

-1 zumance,

-100g mlevenih badema,

-100g brasna,sol,papar,

-1 kasike sirce,

-100g putera-ili maslaca,

-2 tikvice,

-125g sira,

-75g mucenice,

-100g svezi sir,

-2 kasike pavlake za kuvanje,

-1 jaje,

-1 kasika gustina,

-1 kasika mesane zacine.

Priprema:

Pomesajte zumance sa bademe,brasna,pola kasicice soli,kasike sirceta,i putera.zamesiti mazno testo i stavite u frizideru uvijeno u prozirne folije.Da odstoji 1 sat.U medjuvremenu oprati tikvice,iseci na kriske.

Dodati i sira,i zacine od razno bilje,promesajte sve zacinite sa soli i biberom.Testo razvuci  da bude sto tanko,nekoliko mm.kao za picu,Staviti testo u manji kalupi obloziti kalupa testom,i potom preko testa narediti parceta od tikvica.

Preliti preko tikvice od pripremljeni preliv.

A za preliva izmesati 1 jaje sa mucenice,skrobnog brasna,pavlake za kuhanje, svezeg sira i zacine i dobro sjedinite.Stavite od smese na svaku malu picu odozgo kao preliv.Pecite testa u vec zagrejane rerne na 180C oko 30 min,sami najbolje podesite pecenje, jer je svaka pecnica drugacije.Ukrasiti testa sa zacine i grancice ruzmarina.

Veoma ukusna slana testa za praznike odlicno posluzenje.
