Zanajuci koliko su zdrave ove produkte i koliko su zastupljeni u ishrani.Evo recepta kako sam ih ja napravila,jer su secto kod nas na meniju.

 

Sastojci:

  • 1 vece solje belo brasna bez glutena
  • 1 puna velika kasika sitno kukuruzno brasno
  • 2 pune kasike mlevenog brasna od heljde
  • -malo kvasca-5g
  • -20g ulje
  • -malo so
  • malo secera
  • malo vode

Priprema:

Mekike od heljde su slicne na jedan moj post,a mese se tako sto se pomesaju sve tri vrste brasna u posudi za mesenje.

Zatim  dodajte,so,secera,ulje,i kvasca,sipajte malo tople vode i pocnite mesiti mekike.

Pazite da ne stavite puno vode da vam ne bude mekano testo.

Ostaviti testo pokriveno da kisne 45 min.

U tiganju sipajte ulje,namstite ruke uljem i uzimati od testa po mala parceta i istanjite rukama.

Spustite u vrelom ulju da se isprze mekike oko 3-5 min.Izvadite mekike na papirne krpice, da upije viska masnoce.

Trebate paziti da ne bude previse vrelo ulje, da vem se mekike isprze dobro unutra.

Jos tople mekike posluziti kao ukusno jelo od testa,i zdrav obrok.
