Muffins with milk chocolate.

For a long time I did not rule muffins, but I feel like something milled head that they can do today. I went through enough recipes these days, somehow in my memory  that can be and caramel muffins.

Ingredients:
-100 g of milk chocolate
-100g sugar
-10 pieces (60 g) caramel or 2 tablespoons peak confiture de lait
-2 eggs
-pinch of salt
-5 tablespoons of yogurt
-6 tablespoons oil
-1 bag rum vanilla sugar
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-200 g flour

Preparation:
The oven heat to 180 degrees, a mold for muffins covered with paper basket.

Milk chocolate break out and soften the steamed or in a microwave oven.

In a bowl, whisk the sugar, yogurt, oil, vanilla sugar, then stir in the melted chocolate and eggs.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, add it to the previous mixture and combine everything well.

Finally, add 2/3 chopped toffee, or 1 tablespoon peak confiture de lait in the mixture, combine all well and fill paper cups until 2/3. The remaining 1/3 of the caramel sprinkle the top of the muffins before baking.

Muffins bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Turn off the oven, leave them in it for 5 minutes and then take them out with all the mold to be a little cool.

Chilled muffins out of the mold, the top coat remaining caramel cream,

 Mafini sa mlecne cokolade i karamelom.
Već dugo nisam pravila mafine, a baš mi se nešto motalo po glavi da ih mogu  napraviti. Pogledam  dosta recepata ali mi je ovih dana,u sećanju ostalo da mogu biti i karamel mafini.
Sastojci:
-100 g mlečne čokolade
-100 g šećera
-10 kom ( 60 g ) karamela ili 2 vršne kašike confiture de lait
-2 jaja
-prstohvat soli
-5 kašika tečnog jogurta
-6 kašika ulja
-1 kesica rum vanilia šećera
-2 kašičice praška za pecivo
-200 g brašna
Priprema:
Rernu zagrejati na 180 stepeni, a kalup za mafine obložiti sa papirne korpice.

Mlečnu čokoladu izlomiti i omekšati je na pari ili u mikrotalasnoj rerni.

U posudi umutiti so, šećer, jogurt, ulje, vanilin šećer, pa umešati rastopljenu čokoladu i jaja.

Pomešati brašno s praškom za pecivo, dodati ga u prethodnu smesu i sve dobro sjediniti.

Na kraju dodati 2/3 iseckanih karamela, ili 1 vršnu kašiku confiture de lait u smesu, sve dobro sjediniti i puniti papirne korpice do 2/3. Preostalu 1/3 karamela posuti po vrhu mafina pre pečenja.

Mafine peći u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni 25 minuta. Isključiti rernu, ostaviti ih u njoj još 5 minuta i nakon toga ih izvaditi sa sve kalupa da se malo prohlade.

Ohladjeni mafini izvaditi iz kalupa, po vrhu premazati sa preostale karamel kreme.
