Najukusnija tiramisu torta,probajte,ona je veoma omiljena,prave ja ne puno nacina i varijanta.

I svaka varijanta je na svoj nacin ukusna i dobra.Evo recept za jednu veoma dobru varijantu.

Sastojci:

500 gr. Maskarpone sir
5 sveža jaja (žumanca samo)
100 g. Šećera
200-300,g piskote
4 jake espreso kafe – vrelo (bolje je da ostane od tecnost nego da zafali, do najmanje 250ml )
50 g. ruma
Kakao za posipanje

Priprema:
Mutite žumanca sa šećerom dok smesa pobeli , a zatim staviti  posudu koja je ogneotporna,preko veću posudu sa ključalom vodom na pare.I dalje mešati još desetak minuta dok se smesa ne zgusne. Nakon uklanjanja sa vatre, sud staviti odmah u hladnu vodu,da se prekine kuvanje, i sto brze dodje do hladjenje, i mešati sa spatule,dok se ne ohladi.
Mascarpone mutite mikserom i u to dodati u krem.Mesati drvenom kasikom ili sa spatule.
Espresso pomešati sa rumom.
U velikim pravougaone posude redjati piškote koji natopljene sa puno kafe,premazati sa 1/2 kreme,opet redjati preko kreme piskote natopljene u kafu.Zatim zavrsiti sa ostatkom fila.
Tiramisu ostavite da se ohladi preko noći u frižideru pre serviranja i pospite gorkog kakaa (najbrze – i lakse je to uraditi cedaljkom za caj.)

Very tasty homemade cake,easy and good.

Ingredients:
500 gr. sirens Mascarpone
5 fresh eggs (only yolks)
100 gr. sugar
200-300 g biškoti Savoârdi
4 coffee strong espresso – hot- (It is better that the coffee remains more than to run short-250ml).
50 gr. rom
Cocoa for sprinkling.

Preparation:
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white and then put a container ogneotporna through greater pan with boiling water to pare.I still mixed for another ten minutes until mixture thickens. After removing from heat, put the Court immediately in cold water, to cut off cooking, and as fast as it comes to cooling, and stir with a spatula, until it cools down.
Mascarpone whisk in a blender and add it to krem.Whisk a wooden spoon or spatula.
Espresso mixed with rum.
In large rectangular container arrange biscuits soaked with a lot of coffee, spread with 1/2 of the cream again line up over cream biscuits soaked in kafu.And end up with the rest of the filling.
Tiramisu let it cool overnight in the refrigerator before serving and sprinkle with bitter cocoa (fastest – and the easier it is to do cedaljkom for tea.)
