Volim pite,a sa jabuka mi je omiljena i evo recepta za vas za jednu veoma ukusnu pitu.
Sastojci:
-500 g kora za pitu,po ukusu jabuke,višnje, bundeva a može i za slane pite, meso, sir,1 jaje,100 ml kefira / jogurta,50 ml ulja,50 ml gazirane vode,100 g šećera,100 g griza,1 kesica vanile,cimet, suvo grožđe
Priprema:
U posudu umutiti jaje, dodati kefir / jogurta, ulje i gaziranu vodu i ako pravite slatku varijantu dodati vanilu u masu i sjedinite sve zajedno. Masa treba da bude ređa, u slučaju da je malo gušća, dodajte još kašiku dve gazirane vode.
Jabuke oljuštiti, očistiti i izrendati. Ja obično koristim 2 jabuke za 3 kore. U mom pakovanju je 12 kora, što znači trebaju mi 8 jabuke, osrednje velilčine.
