Ovo je  jedna moja,jako ukusna, posna majonez salata,lako se sprema i brzo.Ja je spremam za slavu kada, je posna i  cesto sam je pravila .Moze biti dobar prilog jelima.

Sostojki:

  • 250g narendani posni kashkaval
  • 100g seckanih oraha
  • 1 cheshne beli luk
  • 2 krastavici svezi seckani
  • celera za dekoraciju nekoliko grancica
  • 250g varene posne sitne makarone
  •  100g majonez posni-mozete i vise majoneza dodati po zelji,i kolicini.

Priprema:

  1. Prvo sve produkte spremimo,izmerimo,kackavalja narendajte, a zatim sitno seckati ,orahe na male komade,dodajemo redom seckani beli luk,seckane krastavce,iseckani celer,i sve zajedno pomesamo sa varenih makaronica onih najsitnijih.
  2. Da ne bude propusta,makarone se prvo kuvaju ,vazno da nam ne budu prekuvane i da se raspadaju,treba da zadrze formu.
  3. Njih treba i proplakniti na cedaljku hladnom vodom da ostanu razdvojene a ne slepljene,i hladne ih umesamo u salatu da se ne rastopi majonez.
  4. Mi volimo ovakvu salatu u vise varijanta jer je ukusna i bas je puno ima.
  5. Kada se svo povrce izmesa, probati dali je sve dovoljno zacinjeno.t.e.posoljeno dodajemo majonez spoimo sastojke i staviti u male posude za posluzenje.

Ukrasiti seckanim povrcem,maslinama,sargarepe i grancica celera.
