Recept za slani mafini od sirutke i mast.//SAVORY MUFFINS.

Recept za slani mafini,je recept koji sada pisem,eoma ukusni mafini sa sunkom sirom i prazilukom.A meni se dopada njihova struktura,i fini miris parmezana, kada se peku.Probajte i napravite ih a zatim .

Uzivajte jesti ovaj ukusan dorucak.

Sastojci:

  • 2 jaja
  • 400g brasna
  • 1 vrecica suvi kvasac/ili pola kocke svezeg kvasca
  • 1 kasike secera
  • 1 mala kasika soli
  • 150g kravlji tvrdji sir
  • 100g sunke
  • malo praziluk
  • 170g sirutke/ili sveze mleko
  • 2 pune kasike mast
  • 1 zumance za premazivanje
  • 1 kasike parmezana
  • seme susama za odozgo

Priprema:

U malo tople vode staviti suhi kvasac sa 1 kasike brasno da bih narastao.

U druge posude za mesenje staviti brasna i napravite udubljenje,dodati nadoslog kvasca,dodati i soli,secera,i masti,pomesati sastojke kasikom.

Potom dodati jaja,sirutke,i mesite testo da se sjedine sastojke.

U druge posude ,iseckati sunku,isitnite kravlji sir sa viljuske,dodajte i praziluka i sve izmesajte i dodajte u posude sa testo.Izmesati sastojke da se pretvore u homogene smese za slane mafine.

Kalup za mafine spremiti, papirne korpe poredjati i punite ih  sa spremljene smese skoro do vrha.

Premazite mafini odozgo sa zumancetom i posolite sa susamom i parmezanom.Rernu zagrejati na 200C. stavite da se peku mafini na 180C-200C.30 min.

Zatim pecena slana testenina- mafini, izvadite i sluziti ih za dorucak ili kao odlicno slano posluzenje sa prijatelje.

Moze biti i kao praznicni slani prilog na sto.

SAVORY MUFFINS.

The latest recipe for savory muffins, the recipe now I bring to this post.very delicious muffins with cheese, ham and leek.And me like their structure, and subtle fragrance Parmesan, when peku.To try and make them then.

Ingredients:

2 eggs
400g flour
1 Bag dry yeast / or half cube of fresh yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
150g cottage cheese tougher

2 tablespoons fat
1 yolk for brushing
1 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Coat the muffins from the top with egg yolk and salt with sesame and parmezanom.Oven heat up to 200C. Put to bake muffins at 180C-200C.30 min.

Then roasted salted dough- muffins, remove and serve them for breakfast or as an excellent salty serve with friends.

It can be as festive savory side dish on the table.
