Socna coko torta.

Socna coko torta najukusnija torta od cokolade,torta koju bih svako pozeleo na svoj stol.Prelepog izgleda topi se u usta,sta govori i sama slika.

SASTOJCI
Biskvit ( x3 )
3 jaja
6 zlica secera
3 zlice ulja
3 zlice mlijeka
3 zlice kakaa
3 zlice glatkog brasna
1/2 praska za pecivo

Fil
300 gr crna mlecna cokolade
300 gr crne cokolade
1/2 l vrhnja za slag Dukat
250 gr margarina

Sirup
3 dcl mleka
7 zlica secera
1 dcl toplog mlijeka
1 zlica kakaa-moze i pola crne cokolade-sta je bolje- i ukusniji

PRIPREMA
Pecnicu zagrejati na 180 stupnjeva.
Kalup promjera 28 cm obloziti papirom za pecenje i lagano namazite margarinom.

Raditi cemo tri biskvita svaki od gore navedenih sastojaka.
Brasno, prasak za pecivo i kakao prosijemo.

Mikserom umutiti 3 jaja sa secerom dok ne postane penasto i blijedo zuto. Dodamo ulje i sve malo promiksamo, zatim ( smanjite mikser na najmanju brzinu ili spatulom umijesajte mjesavinu brasna i mlijeka ) dodamo mesavine od brasna, kakaa i praska za pecivo i mleko.

Izlijemo u pripremljen kalup i pecemo 20 – 25 minuta.

Postupak ponoviti tri puta, tako da dobijete 3 kora-biskvita.
Dok se biskviti peku pripremite fil:

Izlomiti  crne cokolade, prelijte slatkim vrhnjem. Na lagane temperature mesati dok se sva cokolada ne otopi i  postane glatka smesa ali ne sme da kljuca.Ohladiti  masu i zatim dodajte na kockice narezan margarin. Sve izmiksirati dok se margarin ne sjedini sa cokoladne glazure-ganase,a smjesa postane glatka i sjajna.

Neka malo odstoji jer je fil malo rijedak, pa da se malo stegne,i naneti na tortu.

Sirup
Kuhajte secer i mleko samo da prokuva . Za to vrijeme rastopite 1 zlicu kakaa-ili cokoladu imace bolji ukus i boju.

Kuhajte sastojke dok se sjedine i otopi cokolada ako ste dodali.

Slaganje
Kora – sirup – fil – kora – sirup – fil – kora – sirup – fil!
Nemojte sve odjednom sipati sirup,ravnomerno se sipa preko cele kore da bude za sve tri.A kore ce biti socne i najukusnije,skoro svaku tortu trebate prskati necim.Samo se kore sa belanca ne prskaju nicim.A od fila ostavite i za odozgo da premazete tortu
