Ruzice kolaci sa mast-dry cakes with fat

Ruzice kolaci od masti,zumanca sa marmelad,su veoma ukusni zimski kolaci,jer svi mi zimi imamo vise vremena za druzenja i okupljanja.Recept za ove kolace je moj prvi desert koga sam napravila sama,i jako sam bila srecna svoga uspeha,za ove moje kolace.Sada vec pravim i sama recepti ,pravim ih prema svom ukusu.

Sastojci:

  • 4 zumanca
  • 4 kasika ravnih svinjske masti
  • 1/2 solje od 150ml jogurta
  • malo kvasca
  • 1 vanilin secer
  • 3 kasika secera u prahu
  • brasno po potreba
  • marmelad ( moja mesavina od jabolko i modri slivi)

Priprema:

U dublje posude za mesenje kolaca,staviti kvasac,dodati jogurt,promesajte,dodati zumance i svinjske masti.

Mesiti kasikom sipati brasno postepeno,zatim mesiti rukom testo dok ne postane ujednaceno.

Izvadite testo na radne povrsine posuti brasnom, i mesite jos malo,a zatim razvuci koru debljine pola cm.

Premazite koru tankim slojem marmelada,potom urolati testo sa marmeladom, i seci na tanke kriske,koje zatim poredjajte ih u tepsije oblozene pek papirom.

Gotove spremne kolace ostavite dok se pecka ugreje,na 200C.zatim staviti kolace u pecku i peci 15 minuta dok porumene.

izvadite ispecene kolace i pospite ih secerom u prahu,zatim sluzite i uzivajte u njihovom ukusu.

Pravi laki i brzi desert za zimske dane i druzenje sa prijatelje.

Ingredients:

4 egg yolks
4 tbsp flat lard
1/2 cup of yogurt 150ml
little leaven
1 vanilla sugar
3 tablespoon powdered sugar
flour if necessary
jam (my mixture of apple and plum blue)
Preparation:
