 Salarcici kolaci,za ove kolače, vam ne treba puno materijala ni novca nego samo strpljenja.Veoma ukusni domaci kolaci koji se pripremaju od salo.

Potrebno je za testo:

-1 šolja (3 dl) mleka
-4 kašikice šećera
-1 kašikica soli
-40 grama kvasca
-4 šolje brašna
-4 kašike pavlake
-1 jaje
-1 kašika šećera

Za premazivanje:
-1,5 šolja samleveno salo
-0,5 šolja brašna

Za nadev,pekmez po želji.
Za posipanje:šećer u prahu
Priprema:
U toplo mleko staviti 4 kašikice šećera, kašikicu soli i kvasac. Ostaviti da naraste. U činiju staviti brašno i sve ostale satojke i zamesiti testo. Ostaviti ga da malo odstoji.
Salo očistiti od opne,samleti i dodati pola šolje brašna pa dobro izraditi.
Razviti testo pa preko njega staviti salo umešeno sa pola šolje brašna. Testo saviti prvo na tri dela pa pa onda okrenuti za 90 stepeni i saviti na 4 dela.

Testo staviti u frižider  da odmori pola sata, pa ponovo razviti i presaviti  i ostaviti u frižider. Tako uraditi tri puta. Poslednji put kad razvijete testo isecite ga na trouglove. Stavite na širi kraj pomalo pekmeza i urolajte kifle.
Kifle stavite u tepsiju obloženu pek papirom,pokrijte  sa kujnske krpe, i ostavite da malo narastu. Pecite u rerni zagrejanoj na 200 stepeni. Pečene tople kifle uvaljajte u šećer u prahu.
