Slatko od smrznutih smokvi.//Sweet of frozen figs.

Slatko od smrznutih smokvi,veoma ukusno slatko,a smokve su  pune soka da ne biste ih prepoznali kada su kuvani,i da su smrznute.Ovo je omiljeno nase domace slatko.Evo kako ja pravim ovo slatko,na Blogu ima jos mnogo recepta na makedonskom,i ovaj recept je slican-pa i skoro sasvim ist.

Sastojci:

  • 40 smrznute smokve
  • 800g secera
  • 700-600ml hladne vode
  • 1 vanilin secer
  • sok od pola limuna

Priprema:

Ovo slatko je veoma lako za pravljenje,meni najlakse,prvo napraviti sirup ( serbet) staviti secer i vodu na vatri da prokuva oko 15 minuta.

Smokve izvadite iz zamrzivaca, i oprati ih hladnom vodom,odseci im petiljke-(drska) male.

Nije obavezno da se slatko cedi na krpu ili susi,meni je odlicno ispalo,socno ukusno,ja ga toliko cesto pravim da sam pocela od oka da merim i pravim.Za zimnicu uvek ga spremam jer ga i moj suprug obozava.

Kada se sirup skuvao i dovoljno gust kao sirup za tulumbe,stavite smokve u vecem loncu u vreo sirup.

Pazljivo voce promasati i ostaviti da se kuva.

Kuvajte slatko tihoj vatri, dok se smokve skuvaju,a sirup zgusne dovoljno da pocne pustiti penu.

Slatko proverite tako sto cete kasikom uzeti od tecnosti i spustiti mlaz soka da pada od kasike.

Kada je mlaz sirupa gust i ne kaplje vec se spusta gusto sa kasike,slatko je gotovo,dobro je vazno da bude ukuvano.

Jer same smokve sadrze vodu unutra i treba vise kuvati slatko,ne i preterati.

Skuvanom slatku treba skinuti kasikom penu,i dodati na kraj sok od limuna i vanilin secer.

Pokriti slatko sa vlazne krpe,i ostaviti dok se ohladi,hladno slatko skupite u ciste sterilne i suhe tegle.

Staviti gotovo slatko od smokvi, kod druge zimnice da stoji na hladnom mestu.Nece ukusnut i imacete odlican desert za posne dane,ili jutarnju kafu da se zasladite sa prijateljicama.

SAVET:Slatko se ne mesa dok se kuva..samo protresite ga malo.
