Snit torta ukusna torta od piskota .

Snit torta ukusna torta od piskota, veoma ukusna i laka za pravenje.Sve sto vam treba je da imate  slatke pavlake i piskota i krem sira i da napravite kore od jaja.

Snit torta ukusna torta sa piskota,sa bogatim krem fil.

Sastojci:
Biskvit:( treba 2 kore)Ili jednu veliku koru od 10 jaja-koju cete preseci na pola.
5 jaja
5 kašika brašna
5 kašika šećera
1 kašičica praška za pecivo

Sastojci za Fila:
1litar slatke pavlake
400 krem sira
6 kašike secera u prahu
6 kašike mljeveni keks
1 mljevena želatina Dolcela (10 g)
Još:
150 plazma keksa ili po potrebu ( do 3 kutije) ako se pravi velika torta.
mlijeko pomesano sa ruma za umakanje keksa

Priprema:
Odvojiti bjelance od žumanca. Umutiti ih u čvrst snijeg postepeno dodajući šećer. Potom dodaati žumanjke stalno muteći. Na kraju dodati brašno i prašak za pecivo i kasikom sve lagano sjediniti. Istresti u veliki pleh od rernu obložen pek papirom i peći na 180’C 13-15 minuta. Izvaditi,ohladiti i presjeći na pola.
Želatinu ptopite u vrelu vodu i ostavite da omeksa . Umutiti pavlaku u čvrst šlag, dodati sir,i sir treba biti mucen sa miksera i onda dodat, kod duge sastojke, otopljenim želatinom,i  šećer u prahu,dodati i mljeveni keks.
Na tacnu staviti patišpanj, premazati polovinom krema, preko poredati  piskote kako vam se dopada.Sve poredjane jedne do druge, namočene u mlijeko sa rumom. Potom staviti drugi dio krema i na kraju patišpanj. Umutiti slatku pavlaku i premazati kolač. Ukrasiti po želji.
Dobro rashladiti u frižideru preko noći, služiti uz kafu, u dobrom društvu.
