Spanska pita iz kuglof kalupa./Spanish pie.

Spanska pita pecena u kuglof,slano ukusno posluzenje,lako se pravi pa je moj predlog da sebi napravite veoma ukusan dorucak bogat sa puno raznih hranljivih sastojaka.

Sastojci:

  • 4 jaja
  • 200ml jogurta
  • 180ml ulja
  • 1 praska za pecivo
  • 9 pune kasike brasna
  • 200g sitnog sira
  • 200g  iseci maslina
  • malo iseci praziluk
  • 1 kasicica zacina origana

Priprema:

Kalup za kuglof premazati margarinom i posuti prezlom.

Umutiti 4 belanca sa zumance,dobro povezati,onda se dodaje jogurt,ulje,pecivo pomesano sa brasnom.

Mesati sastojke kasikom i dodati i sitnog sira,iseckanih maslina,praziluk,i na kraju dodaati i kasiku zacina origano.

Sve sastojke lepo ujednaciti i sipati u kalupu za pecenje.

Rernu zagrejati na 200C i staviti da se pece pita oko 30 min.

Veoma ukusna pita savrsen dorucak ili predjelo za iznenadne goste slano posluzenje.

The Spanish pie baked in the cake.

The Spanish pie baked in the cake, salty delicious serve, easy to say it is my suggestion that you make yourself a very tasty breakfast rich with a lot of different nutrients.

Components:

4 eggs
200ml yoghurt
180ml oil
1 baking powder
9 tablespoons flour
200g small cheese
200g chop olives
little cut leek
1 teaspoon oregano spice
Preparation:

Mold to form cake coated with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Whisk 4 egg whites with the yolk, well linked, it is added to yogurt, oil, cakes mixed with flour.

Mixed ingredients spoon and add the crumbled cheese, chopped olives, leeks, and finally add and spoon spice oregano.

All the ingredients nicely equalize and pour into a mold for baking.

Heat the oven to 200C and place that is baked pie about 30 min.

Very delicious pie perfect breakfast or appetizer for sudden guests savory serve.
