Supa bez glutena i belo pilesko meso,i supa od njega,su ukusno jelo,jer sam napravila da to bude bezglutenska supa.

Sastojci:

  • 200g belo pilece meso
  • suvi zacini
  • 600 ml vode
  • 2 kasike palente
  • 1 kasika vegete
  • i malo so
  • persun
  • 1 kocka za supu
  • 1 manja glavica crnog luka

Priprema:

U loncu staviti vodu da prokuva,dodati opranog i na komade naseceno belo pilesko meso i glavice crnog luka ociscenu.Kada se skuva supa crni luk se izvadi,iz supe samo ostaju njegov miris i ukus koji daje supi.

Ostaviti da se kuva oko 40 min,dodati i kocku sa supu,i malo so.

Pri kraju kuvanja staviti mesane suve zacine,persun,mleveni biber,vegetu i ostavite da se kuva jelo jos malo.Da bi omeksali zacini.

Kada je skuvana supa sipati palentu,mesajuci kasikom ili zicom da se pomesa sa tecnoscu.

Ostavite da se dokuva jos 5 minuta i skinite da se ohladi do sluzenja,iako je supa ukusnija jos vruca.

Ovo je odlicna supa i za decu,i prehlade,jer je pilesko meso jako dobro za iskaljavanje to je i dokazano od strucnjaka.

A ova supa je bez glutena za ljude koji ne podnose gluten i jaja.( zato u njoj nema rezanca,vec palente.

A ako ne stavite u supu vegeta ovo jelo se moze davati i deci.

Preparation:
