Sweet cake with orange and chocolate,cake with orange and chocolate,nice and tasty cake.

Components:
biscuit
4 eggs
350 g sugar
150 ml of milk
120 ml oil
250 g flour
1 packet of baking powder

To fill
2 large or 3 small frozen orange (350-400 g)
200 ml of water
150 g sugar

Icing
200 g dark chocolate
6 tablespoons oil

Procedure:
1.Peel a frozen orange  the fine grater, and separate, it goes into the dough. The rest of this, and other whole fruit (with the skin) is also grated the fine grater, it will go to fill.

2. Whisk eggs with sugar, add milk, oil, flour and baking powder, mix it all together, add one separate pre-grated rind of one orange, mixed. Pour into a larger baking pan (25×35 cm) mounted paper, bake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Cut into two parts. 4. Chocolate melt with oil and pour it over the cake. Chilled cake cut into cubes.

Slatka torta prelivena cokoladom .

Veoma ukusni filovani kolac ,preliven sa cokolade.

Sastojci:
za biskvit
-4 jaja
-350 g šećera
-150 ml mleka
-120 ml ulja
-250 g brašna
-1 kesica praška za pecivo

za fil
-2 veće ili 3 manje zaleđene pomorandže (350-400 g)
-200 ml vode
-150 g šećera

za glazuru
-200 g čokolade za kuvanje
-6 kašika ulja

Postupak:
1. Koru jedne zaleđene pomorandže izrendisati na sitno rende, i odvojiti, to ide u testo. Ostatak te, i drugu celu pomorandžu (sa korom) takođe izrendisati na sitno rende, to će ići u fil.

2. Jaja umutiti sa šećerom, dodati mleko, ulje, brašno i prašak za pecivo, umutiti sve zajedno, dodati onu unapred odvojenu struganu koru jedne pomorandže, izmešati. Izliti u veći pleh (25×35 cm) postavljen papirom, peći na 180°C oko 25 minuta. Iseći na dva dela. Jedan deo će biti podloga, drugi deo testa iseckati ili izmrviti, on će ići u fil.

3. U manju šerpu sipati 200 ml vode, 150 g šećera i izrendanu pomorandžu. Kuvati do vrenja i još par minuta. Skinuti sa vatre, dodati izmrvljeno testo i sve dobro promešati. To je “fil”. Naneti ga preko biskvita i poravnati lepo.

4. Čokoladu istopiti sa uljem i preliti preko kolača. Rashlađen kolač seći na kocke.

– Da čokolada sa površine ne bi pucala tokom sečenja, tankim, ugrejanim nožem zarezati/raseći samo glazuru, pa tek posle proseći kolač po dubini.
